We accept refund requests 3 days after the customer has received the package. If your package arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, endeavor to contacts us within three days so we can look into the situation.
Products cannot be returned for credit or replaced if due to a customer’s error. Please contact our Customer Service department for resolution of any problems or errors involving an order.
When you receive an order and you are not satisfied and place a complain, make sure you return the package to the delivery agency so we can replace your package or refund based on your request.
Warranty and Limitation of Remedy
Weight loss home Company makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of the chemicals herein, except that the material will meet our specifications at the time of delivery. Buyer’s exclusive remedy and Our Company’s sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at Weight loss home Company’s option, the replacement of all material that does not meet our specifications.
Weight loss home Company shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on Buyer giving written notice to Weight loss home Company within thirty (07) days after the arrival of the material at its destination. Failure of Buyer to give said notice within said thirty (07) days shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.
